LEGAL NOTICE
This is to inform all stakeholders, creditors, employees, and the general public that TKI TOURS (INDIA) PRIVATE LIMITED (“the Company”) is currently undergoing the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) in accordance with the provisions of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 (IBC). The CIRP was initiated by an order of the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Mumbai Bench, dated 07th August 2026.
Pursuant to the order and Section 17 of the IBC, the powers of the Board of Directors of the Company stand suspended. The management of the affairs of the Company is now vested in and is being managed by the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) / Resolution Professional (RP):
